1. You can log on any time.
	The online conference is asynchronous. You can log on as often, or as little, as you like.

2. From any computer.
	You can log on day or evening, or both. Participate from your office, home, or both.

3. Listen to audio presentations.
	Each session has a 10-15 minute audio presentation.

4. View the slides.
	Slides and visuals are available for many of the sessions.

5. Engage in discussion.
	Engage in a threaded bulletin board discussion. Discuss with the presenter and your colleagues.
