We offer 4 convenient method of registering for the COI program.

Online: The fastest, most convenient way to register is online via our secure server.  Your data is encrypted and tramitted securely to our offices for priority processing.

Fax: Print and fill out the application form from the online registration page and fax it to us at (888) 234-8633

Phone: Call us (800)-678-5376 weekdays between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm Central Time.

Mail: Print and fill out the application form from the online registration page and mail it to us at LERN, PO Box 9, River Falls, WI 54022.

Cost
The cost is just $595 prepaid ($645 if billed) plus the cost of the three online courses and textbooks. Most courses are priced at $145 and group discounts are available.

Deposit Option
Not sure COI is right for you? Choose our deposit option.

Instead of paying the full amount up front, you can pay a $100 deposit. This will allow us to keep your COI records for your online courses. The deposit is not refundable. After you take your 3 online courses, you can
decide whether to remit the remainder of the fee and continue your COI work.
