Student Evaluation

Thank you for doing an evaluation of your online course. Your teacher is involved in a professional development activity regarding online learning. Your evaluation will be most helpful.

Your evaluation is anonymous. We cannot tell who you are. Your evaluation has absolutely no impact on any past, present or future grade. In fact, only a cumulative average will be conveyed to the instructor, so no individual evaluations will be submitted.

The code you are asked to input identifies your instructor, not you. Every student in your course uses the same code.

INSTRUCTIONS:
